I have some knowledge and experience with drugs, and yes it is a big deal to do a little coke every 4-6 weeks. Start there. Fix that about yourself first, then go to work on everything else.

Meh. If I'm hanging with friends and we end up doing some coke once every 2-4 months I don't think it's a big deal at all. Not sure how something you do so rarely can be such a big problem.
