Although I have nothing against a black Capt. It feels a little forced in light of the JJ black superman direction. Like playing catchup to kick Evans out the door fast.

April 22 2019 almost 2 years ago, not 12 months. Also the MCU has never done anything to play "catch up" to the DCEU.

Well, I can tell you that when everyone else changes their clocks-- my clocks don't change. Haven't observed daylight savings or whatever that is in years.

It's all a matter of perspective. It's a Justice League night.

Guys, endgame was filmed before 2019, Cap`s exit was probably planned by the time Sam`s character was introduced. Marvel went woke years ago, you all are just noticing it now

Also the actors wanting to go do other things instead of playing 1 character for the rest of their lives was always going to be a thing and falcon taking on the cap mantle was a thing in comics going back way before the MCU was a thing.
