Once the DEI hires get in the door they only hire fellow DEIs so you get a company full of incompetent morons who identify as minorities and sexual deviants and there you go. Company ruined. Their only creative output is going to be heavily tainted with their political and social ideology.

Gamers are almost exclusively straight men and predominantly white. They aren't buying that bullshit.
