Yah I went the opposite route hah. Yesterday I called up the local game store and picked up Know No Fear box set, plus maybe 10 more paints.
I'm trying a blood angel now. Next is Dark Angel, and Imperial Fist. Probably a White Scar too. And I love Khalan Khalan s soul drinkers. Those look awesome. Might have to try that too.

That looks so good man. I love it. Khalan Khalan and Hatorade Hatorade need to teach us how to get these results hah. I feel like I'm at a plateau. I'm going to keep pushing. I'm sure it's just repetition and practicing techniques.

Im far from an expert but what’s helped me with plateaus is choosing something you haven’t done before and watch videos and attempt it. Like using a wet palette, painting eyes, wet blending, OSL, glazing, dry brushing. Pick something and just go after it on a few models. You won’t master the technique but you’ll learn something and start rising again.

That's definitely true. I did that with the NMM swords and I feel like I got much better at them after just trying it based on a video.
