happened to me at a big house party with snow tracked all in the kitchen which was connected to the garage. where of course after 150-200 people passed through there was a metric ton of water on the tile floor.

nothing more frustrating than trying to engage and you cant get traction. got a lesson on how important feet and footing are in throwing hands. any scramble or big movement would result in that video right there happening, over and over again. i had dress shoes on and the hoods were wearing sneakers with strong rubber grips.

i can only imagine how ripped off the fighters feel having to compete under those conditions.

a little lesson on that at the party also.

in the street you have the option to do the track shoes Captain Suave is talking about-- but it doesnt come naturally to just 180 degree turn and run as a man, ill tell you that. you need to have preplanned it. always have an escape in mind in a potentially hostile urban environment. be prepared to retreat fast and youll be fine mostly.

You're the Forrest Gump of doing weird shit

dana says he like to have 267 (oct 30) on ABC (Sterling/Yan and Teixeira/Blachowicz) would be a afternoon start

I like this kid for some reason. I hope he does well. Tough fuckers like him who just want to brawl are some of my favorites.
I mean I get it, but he also showed almost no actual skill (unless you count being able to be a punching bag a skill). At least with someone like Gaethje he has some standup skill to compliment his ability to take a beating.

Sure, I get that, but he's also super fucking new. With enough time, who knows?

10 day notice.
I'll enthusiastically give him the benefit of the doubt for the next fight or 2.

To be fair, the kid did look a bit out of sorts. He showed maybe one of the best chins I have ever seen in MMA, never stopping coming forward, taking massive amounts of punishment, but his overall striking ability and speed were dog water.

He is from where I live, about 40 miles away. Massachusetts has had some MMA talent, more and more MMA gyms are starting to open/gain membership, but our boxing tradition is strong. Maybe he can get better if he trains at the highest levels and gets another chance or two. He needs to figure out how to move his head and feint, or create openings by setting traps, or create angles as he presses forward. I like the kid and am a fan, but from what Ive seen his stand up is rough.

Khabib's protege could be on his way up the ranks over there. Had an impressive knock out last week
