WTF is this talk about Conor at 170. We have seen him fight twice at that weight, and neither time did he look spectacular.

In the first fight he looked great for about 1 1/2 rounds, and then gassed and got wrecked. In the second fight he looked great for the first couple rounds, faded hard, and then managed to hang on for the win. He has no business being at 170, and discussing it is silly.

Fighters like Woodley, Lawler, and GSP would stomp on him.
and both times Mcgregor was fighting ranked 10? ranked 6 Nate Diaz? who can only maintain that rank b/c he doesn't have much brain power to lose to CTE, considering his record is almost 2 to 1.

GSP would obliterate Mcgregor at any weight. Especially if hoping for a lucky shot is Mcgregor's only strategy

Just to be ridiculous, I'd take McGregor at 145 every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

GSP a year or more from now will be so far passed his physical prime and if fighting at 155 will have the old man gaunt and vulnerable especially if he keeps jumping weight classes.

Conor's game is and will always be his superior striking. GSP wins if he can take Conor down but loses if Conor wrecks him standing. Calling it "a lucky shot" is ridiculous unless you want to say his recent wins over Aldo and Alvarez were the luck of the Irish.

Styles make fights. Nate was such a tough opponent because he has an insane chin to take those shots.

GSP cuts down, all that weight to 155, at that age. That chin probably doesn't hold up that great. See it all the time with boxers etc cutting a ton of weight, that chin goes to absolute shit. McGregor has tons of pop for his size, I think 155 is a huge risk for GSP. But McGregor is by far the largest draw from a MMA stand point by a mile. I couldn't really blame those two from hopping in the ring together from a money perspective. If there was ever a time for a catch weight, Dana will bend for that amount of revenue.

Also, I believe firmly GSP at 170 would be obviously too much. He'll lay on Conor if he has to, and with his size he probably won't even have to do that.

If they are going to superfight-- catchweight it at 166. GSP still drained, Conor cardio just the same.

No one wants to see GSP try to make 155-- that's just grotesque. The only reason its being discussed is because we know GSP doesn't want any part of 185 or 170's top guns.

If we knew GSP could beat ass at 170 we'd be talking about him beating ass at 170. We aren't.

GSP way too fat at 170 and practically gassed mid 1st round. He only beat Bisping cuz Bisping was afraid of GSP when they trained for a bit, cuz he was scared of the GSP smother, but found a good counter w/ hellbows from the bottom.

Joe "No Fucks Given" Rogan.

Still putting effort in after a 2009 marriage, Rogan was sitting on the couch stoned in a baseball cap and camo. She's a keeper and a trooper.

Mir wanted that 3rd Brock fight. Brock can't fight the guy who lost to the guy who's ass he smashed.

He was released only after it was clear he wasn't getting the Brock fight.

Oh wow.... Edgar drops out, so they give it to Aldo who showed absolutely nothing in his last fight with Holloway. Aldo gonna get buried.

Also Bisping vs Gastelum, but whatever to that.

And Joe Lauzon getting knocked out by Clay Guida is..... embarassing.
