Burglar rats are great lol. Especially times when i get like 2 duress and 2 burglar rats in my opening hand. Hell I had back to back games with 3 duress and they both conceded.
I tried Priest but I didn't consistently get enough creatures out for it to be worth it. Plaguecrafter is usually enough as I can sacrifice burglar rats or gutterbones. Or just use it and sacrifice itself.

"spells this turn" plural. I didn't notice that the first time I read it. very cheap, multiple spells. Electrodominance didn't end up seeing much play with its "turn anything into flash." But this is more versatile. a bunch of enchants notably. "at the start of upkeep". for near instant effects. sagas, getting 2 up immediately. Flash conclave tribunal. flash deputy of detention
Thousand year storm on opponents turn, directly into yours with full mana. flash "revel in riches" at end of opponants turn for an uncounterable? win at the start of your turn. Flash nico bolas, etc.
flash kaya's etc.
all decent. nothing totally broken. Wilderness reclamation seems to pair well.

It's got nothing to do with Divedown. It's actually an extremely powerful card, will likely see play in multiple formats, not just Standard. Potentially breakable interactions.
I don't think it will be played outside of standard I don't think it's better than a single use regeneration most of the time.
