Will be a great game, but if Denver plays like they did in the first half the Patriots will be able to put up more than 13 points. Denver needs the running game to work as well, as Manning shouldnt be throwing the ball 50 times as is usually the case when opposing teams face New England and are behind by more than a score. Denver backs carried it 30 plus times and they are 7-0 when that happens.
Carolina is basically unbeatable at home so its looking like a Pats Panthers Super Bowl again.

KC was ranked as the best team in the AFC by a pretty huge margin, they had like a 18% chance to win the superbowl going into this weekend, denver had 12, NE had like 8, and pit was a pitiful 3.
As to the AFC having shit teams in the playoffs.. Rodgers lost to carson fucking palmer and the other teams are led by russel "take a 20 yard sack when i could easily throw it away" wilson and cam newton, the best running back who occasionally throws a pass the NFL has ever seen, and the most undeserving player to ever win an MVP award.

They only played that far off because they could, and because so much of our offense was predicated on big plays. They showed a stat during the game of average yards played off the WR in the first game vs. this one. First game they were like 2-3 yards closer on average. Because you can't give AB that kind of space with a healthy Ben. This game they could afford to play off them and rely on closing, tackling, and a wounded Ben. Plus no AB or Deangelo to keep them honest.
Announcers kept touting the first half performance of the Steelers running game, totally ignoring that half the yards came on a gimmick play from a WR.
Meh, coulda shoulda woulda. Season got wrecked by injuries. Such is life in the NFL.
