Fair enough I guess. Still not really sure if the success rate of college dudes coming in is actually significantly worse than other methods of picking coaches. As I said earlier, you're usually changing coaches because your team is shit and that usually means that whoever comes in will have problems and then they get fired after like 2 or 3 seasons and haven't had time to get established.
