We had 2 fights in our section tonight. Funniest one was the second one when the cops were escorting them out the girl had her phone in the cops face and was steady mouthing off. I wish I coulda heard what she was saying. I bet it was some sovereign citizen level shit.

Eagles are complete trash.

the problem with the bills, is they have been bad for SO LONG,,,,,people ignore them.

plus they are in the same division with the Patriots who are undefeated.

bills are playing some excellent football so far (weak schedule like the patriots, only a bit weaker than the patriots schedule) this year and it is entirely conceivable that they could (looking at their schedule) finish in the 12-4 or better range and have a shot at actually winning the division. heck looking at their defense and their opponents and the patriots opponents, like i said a few pages ago, they could lose twice to the patriots and still win the division. it all depends on how both teams play.(naturally)

My thoughts this week.

Aaron Rogers is just nasty. Filthy. He should have left Greenbay after that SB.

Falcons are still reeling from the Pats Super Bowl comeback.

Bills will barely make the playoffs since they will have a 4-2 record in the division.

Bengals...miss Marvin Lewis much? Think they are worse than the Miami LOLphins.

HTF are the Vikings 5-2?

Lamar Jackson is soooo over-rated. Come on ESPN. Stop talking about him please.

I was wrong about Jacoby Brisset? Still not accurate, but makes the plays well enough. He can actually read a defense.

Dallas will win it all now! Is what Dallas folk are saying I bet.

Finally...Someone do a health and safety check on Chanur Chanur please.

I'm here. The Chargers are trying pretty hard to turn my love to hate though.

Vikings are a different team at home than on the road. Thats how they got to 5-2.

The Chargers are really something. The most bad luck, star crossed football franchise ever. The ways they find to lose football games is more creative than the best writers room in Hollywood.

I really don't know. You'd think the talent on this team is not 0-7 bad, but this team's offense is historically terrible without AJ Green. It's been that way for the entire Dalton era. AJ is necessary for the success of the offense. I just don't see a possible win until Jets. Though part of me wants to go 0-15 and enter the final week of the season with the Browns needing that win to make playoffs and we spoil it. Best 1-15 season ever.

wat? He's the main reason why the Ravens aren't in the gutter. Not quite Russell Wilson levels of carrying his team, but up there.

I did love the jumping up and down stomping his feet temper tantrum from that one delay of game though.

Outside being fast...what does he do well? I mean I've seen 3 games of his now, and he is Michael Vick 2.0. Exciting to watch, but you know that shit will come to an end.

And he IS making plays. But with his legs.

Vikings are a different team at home than on the road. Thats how they got to 5-2.

Don't really know where you are getting this perspective from, the vikings have only played 3 home games this season and are 2-2 on the road. While the packers have played 5 out of 7 at home. The vikings have played all three of their divisional games on the road already.

The Vikings have one of the deepest rosters in all of football, they are currently 3rd in point differential, and 6th in both total offense and defense. Through the first four games of the season Zimmer really forced the issue of running the football with too much Cousins under center. Thielen and Diggs being outspoken about the offense after the bears loss got the attention of the ownership and coaching staff and a lot of changes were implemented into the offense. Stefanski now has more freedom to be aggressive in the passing game and get Cousins rolling out through play action where he is a lot better. Cousins spends a lot less time under center which allows him to see the field better. The new scheme has also helped the offensive line tremendously, they have gone from a bad offensive line to a slightly above league average line in the span of a year. The main concern now lies with the defense and particularly the play of the corner-backs. Rhodes and Waynes have been really bad this year. Xavier Rhodes is allowing 80% completion of passes thrown his way, while Waynes is allowing 74.4%. The two starting corners have become the biggest liability on the vikings roster this year, something I never thought I'd see in a Mike Zimmer defense. Depth at the position has been an issue for the Vikings going into this season as well, with Hill being suspended, Hughes coming off ACL, and Alexanders elbow injury. This has forced the vikings into awkward defensive packages with the back up strong safety having to play nickel corner in some situations. Hughes and Alexander look healthy now and have been playing outstanding when they see the field. The vikings should get Holton hill back in 2 weeks which should improve the depth of the position significantly. I expect the vikings defense too tighten things up and improve for the second half of the season, making this team very dangerous going forward.

Look at Cousins ratings on the road vs at home.

At home 140, 112, 138.
On the road 53, 91, 138, 141
3 for 3 home. 2 for w on the road.

Now you can make the argument they just started slow or the adjustments made after the second horrendous game helped. I think that is fair.

They lost twice as much at home in 2018 as well. Same with 2017.

Cousins is a classic match up guy, too. His last 3 games were against 3 of the 5 bottom teams in passing yards allowed per game (going into this past week). No real surprise he could look good and "get on track" against those 3.

I'll agree that Cousins is still a pretty large question mark against good defenses, and it is yet to be seen whether or not this offense can produce these kind of numbers going forward. Schematically after the week 4 loss this offense is now designed to "hide" Cousins main weakeness (pocket mechanics), so we will see if it is effective against better teams or not. They still have Kansas City, Dallas, Seattle, and San Diego on the road. Hopefully Mahomes can play in 2 weeks, but doubtful. Chargers on the road is basically an extra home game for most teams that show up. Cousins now has the support of one of the best rushing attacks in all of football as well, so I believe that the passing defense is actually the greater liability as it stands right now rather than quarterback play. I've got this team going 10-6 this year, but I think their ceiling could be 12-4.
