Nicehash seems to be the easiest way to get started. Just make sure you plug in your electric rates to get net profit. I've been doing it a few days with a 3080 at about $12 per day (running the miner 18ish hours per day). It could be higher but I went conservative on the fan speeds and power. The memory junction on my Asus Tuf 3080 has terrible thermals for mining.
