Multiple builds, or you selling the amd to stock with nvidea? Been just hunting the 3080, but debated amd of I can get it easier. Just hasn't used an amd card in 15 years, so not familiar with any pains other than the on paper performance.

Same build, but switching from AMD to Nvidia. I'm not expecting really any performance differences between 6900XT and the 3080Ti, but I like Team Green a little better for some things. Both are great cards.

I managed to get Newegg to agree to a return, so that's nice. Just gonna ship it back to them for a refund.

That's the same one I have. Guess we get to sit tight for the next several months and hope for the best. I'll be able to play Elden Ring still so whatever.

I got my 3090 by buying a brand new PC from NZXT and it was either MSRP or a small markup.
It was half the price I was seeing on Newegg / Amazon.

So basically got a whole new PC for what I would have spent on just a top of the line graphics card if purchased alone.

Saw someone post a pic from microcenter yesterday somewhere in CA. Full shelf of GPU, 3090, 3080ti, 1650, 3070 etc...all Nvidias in the pics he posted.

I see similar at Best Buy and Newegg for $2100-$2500+ so seems like a good deal sadly.
