And the dumb part about that is that a manachanter could still almost solo shit.

I spent a lot of time in SI with 2 buddies rolling through the endgame raid dungeon. We farmed the shit out of it. We were giving respec rocks away to other guilds for a promise to repair our keep doors whenever we claimed Crim.

Mana chanter (with a druid buff bot ofc) was the best double box for soloing content but in ToA it shifted over to Light Mentalist so he could charm high level mobs. The mana chanter's pet would die too quickly trying to solo high level ToA content so you needed a light ment to charm a red con monster.
