So after 10 years of development and no Beta remotely in sight, their best option for moving the game forward is to go back and re-do art assets?

JFC, I've seen federal government contracts that had better development timelines and goal management.

it’s funny, I started developing my own game in august 2022 just doing it part time and I will release to the appStores in 2023.

maybe I should delay launch for a few years and start a grift of my own !
