Yeah, I've seen some women with really nice tattoos. A tat (usually a bunch of 'em) that tells you something about her and the placement tells you something and it's a well done artistry and it just all pulls together ya know.

IMHO there are three requirements for a tattoo to look good on a woman:
1) She needs to be attractive, or at a minimum, in shape.
2) The tattoo needs to be done with quality, feminine (no skulls and shit), AND be somewhat original
3) Needs to be in a non-slutty and not retarded location (no face tats or tramps stamps)
If all these requirements aren't met, then it just makes the woman look trashier/uglier. The number of women I date that are 35+ with but scars and/or tattoo "blurs" from an ongoing tattoo removal process is legion. These chicks wake up at 35 or so and look at their tramp stamp and seriously regret it.

Same reason people get fake tits or botox or nose jobs, it's all vanity. Just like you think tattoos are gross, I think fake tits are gross and a boner killer.
I guess it depends on how bad the fake tits are done. Some you can't really recognize but then some porn stars get them so huge it looks like a balloon ready to pop and I simply can't understand why some guys find that to be attractive -- but they exist. I can at least understand the pierced & tatted look more than the plastic bimbo look. I used to date girls with a bunch of tattoos (never really a bunch of metal, though) and they were all universally crazy.

Damn man, a post like this makes it so obvious you live in TX. Ain't nothin' wrong with forearm tattoos. I have quite a few co-workers - in both our west coast office and NY office with full sleeves.
My wife wants me to get a full sleeve but I have like no interest in tattoos. They've never really spoke to me. I don't even know what I'd get. My best friend from Cincinnati got one but I haven't seen it yet.

That's a matter of personal opinion, not a fact. Like Fifey said, some people don't like tattoos, or gauges, or fake titties, or whatever other vanity mod. Other people are really in to them. They can be polarizing. Hopefully people understand that before getting it done.
And let's not pretend "no one cares" from a work perspective. Some industries or companies DEFINITELY care about clearly visible tattoos or lots of piercings/gauges, though they are more acceptable now on the whole.
For me, any significant ink is a major negative. A sleeve is a borderline deal breaker for going past casual fucking. Then again, so are obvious fake titties. Not a fan.

I find full sleeves a bit much, but tbh a nice looking chick with a well done tasteful half sleeve (flowers, koi fish, etc) is pretty hot.
And as long as they're done well I like me some fake tits, so I guess it's all a matter of taste. Honestly, from a "feel" aspect you can barely feel the difference with the newer silicone models, and even the saline ones feel fine assuming they didn't jump from an A to a DD. In any case like 'em or hate 'em, if you date in Dallas you'll definitely end up feeling them at some point. In fact, once they implement WombatCare nationwide boob jobs will be covered with a $25 copay.

We aren't talking about you wanting to fuck a full-sleeved person or not, we're talking about the work place. Or at least that picture, Alex, and myself were. Maybe it's because Alex and I live in California, but really, it's not a big deal and you can even see it on police, city/county office workers, high-paid white collar professional, etc.
