The noise he makes as he comes out strongly implies his body is infused with dark ichor to keep himself unnaturally alive. All kinds of good episodes this week. I enjoyed Dandadan, Kaijuu No. 8, To Be Hero X, Water Magician and pretty much everything else. It was a very solid week for entertainment. It's a shame there was no Support Mage episode, or a new Rascal Doesn't Dream, but oh well. Very solid week none the less. Regarding To Be Hero, I completely forgot that Queen was a character. Pretty sure that was way back in the first few episodes of the show, but now there's only 4 episodes to go.

Watching Clevatess today, and I realized why I like it so much: Nostalgia. It just has an old school vibe to it, like Fist of the North Star... just higher quality animation/art. The sound effects when Alicia smacked all the bugs really hit me, it was great.
