Man, shit hit the fan real bad in Clevatess.
I suspect that he isn't locked into the blood prison, just that he hasn't attempted to get out yet. Or maybe by transforming into a human, he'll become able to leave it. We'll see.

Dark Ichor is the juice he uses to animate/reanimate Alice. Bro just gave him a huge juice. Would guess next ep starts with him gobbling it all up. Secondary guess is it also somehow amps up Alice so she can slice her way through the bug guy.

Yea, pretty much what I was thinking, that he just gave clevatess a major buff. The noise he makes as he comes out strongly implies his body is infused with dark ichor to keep himself unnaturally alive. Hard to think who the bad guy will become in this series if klen roflstomps him next episode though. Maybe power buff lets him sense his harem girls in trouble back south and he zips away

I ain't gonna lie, the dude in clevatess isnt' even really 'evil bad guy' material. The dude was straight up saying nah, we been following this dumbass prophecy to try to kill the dark beast gods for millennia, it's time to do some new shit.

And he did.

Can't fault his ass for trying.

My guess of the escalation is other dark beast lords, then maybe something from outside. Maybe the ogryns will have a dude that's a badass.

All kinds of good episodes this week. I enjoyed Dandadan, Kaijuu No. 8, To Be Hero X, Water Magician and pretty much everything else. It was a very solid week for entertainment. It's a shame there was no Support Mage episode, or a new Rascal Doesn't Dream, but oh well. Very solid week none the less. Regarding To Be Hero, I completely forgot that Queen was a character. Pretty sure that was way back in the first few episodes of the show, but now there's only 4 episodes to go.
