Well yeah I never go into that thread on any device lol. It is AidsLoading the gif thread is impossible on my ipad2.
I don't sit up in bed when I read, I lay flat, and so pretty much anything other than my phone was too heavy and uncomfortable to hold over my head while laying flat. So that was uncomfortable for me. And in my head, the 7 inch Nexus wasn't big enough to warrant using that over my phone. It's 3 inches bigger, but I still was just meh, I'll just do that on my phone. If you found it more convenient to use your iPhone over your nexus7, why do you feel an iPad will benefit you?(serious question not being snarky) though for $100, I guess it wouldn't matter.
I have the HTC One M9 phone with 4.7 inch screen. I use it heavily during the day for web browsing and reading/replying to emails and shit like that. I am extremely comfortable with using my phone for similar things that i use my Ipad for but I would never consider using the phone if the ipad is near me. The larger screen is so much more convenient.I don't sit up in bed when I read, I lay flat, and so pretty much anything other than my phone was too heavy and uncomfortable to hold over my head while laying flat. My hope is that going to an iPad, and having that MUCH larger screen will trigger me to want to use it, instead of my 4 inch iPhone 5s.
Nice! I never felt this way having the Nexus 7 for some reason. I'm hoping that the iPad will be great!I have the HTC One M9 phone with 4.7 inch screen. those suck after awhile, they slowly loose tension, like 1 degree a day, soon you have put some cloth where the ball joint is to keep tension and then seriously think if you want to drill into your bed post.
My friend went to turn it on and it was dead, charged it up to 100%, then did a few things, and it was already down to 17% very quickly. Thinking the battery is just shot on it. So I'm not sure I'll be getting it. Doh.So that conversation that got brought earlier up about the Ipad 2 being a good deal at 100 bucks, which it definitely still is.
I decided to finally get something new since I've had the ipad 2 for a really long time now. Didn't want an Ipad air 2 because my wife has one, and its meh so Samsung had the 100 off deal going this week so I got a Samsung note pro 12.2
Holy Fuck is that an amazing tablet. Super light weight, way better screen then the Ipad air 2 imo, better camera, doesn't get hot at all, has a real stylus etc.
That is one beautiful piece of tech, and its cheaper then the Ipad air 2. I are in Love.
We use Venue 11 at work (not me though as i'm not important enough!). They seem to be impressed - be interested to hear your thoughts.I'm talking to my dell rep. He's sending me a seeder Dell Venue 11 and 8 pro next quarter. I've been looking at them and wanted to try it out.
Note that the atoms are Cherry Trail, the first atom to ship with 14 nm process technology. The word seems to be that graphics performance will see the biggest boost. It might actually be comparable performance to the i3 in the Pro 3's, will be interested to see the benchmarks also. Will be interesting to see some benchmarks, as these new Surface 3s are using Intel Atom processors, not i3/i5/i7s. I hope they perform well, I've wanted a Surface Pro for a while, I just couldn't justify $800+ for a tablet. $500 is reasonable if the performance is decent, though.
