There is only one real way to make turkey. Brine it for 2 days then cook it at 475 for 90 minutes. Perfect every single time.

Putting stuffing in a turkey is so dumb. It just dries it out.
I've never cooked a turkey but I'm gonna keep this in mind

god damn. mind blown.

Run a load. place sealed cooked items in the well insulated, hot dishwasher. thats brilliant. Keeping 10 different things all warm during thanksgiving is the hardest part.

I know we're going on tangents now and may require combination with the actual cooking thread. But stay with me here if you're not weak. This is the only lasagna I make anymore when I make lasagna. It's that good.

Lasagna That's Plant-Based, No-Oil & Low-Fat? And Delicious? Absolutely! The "Enlightened" No-Oil Low-Fat Version of Chef Chloe's Ooh-La-La Lasagna
Thanks for the vegan lasagna recipe, gonna have to try it out sometime.

I usually opt for one of these usually around the holidays, best time is after new years when it goes to half off.

I'll make sure to buy one at New Years. TY for the tip sir. The lasagna is insanely delicious. Although it requires some annoying ingredients.

Neither mofos. Barbecue. Smoked wings, pork shoulder, brisket, lobster tails, skewered shrimp, and ribs galore. I am a China man, so we didnt do Turkey growing up. Nothing better than a family bbq where everyone pitches in. And I have kept this tradition alive. Oh ya, even to this day people know to leave their shitty family dinner to come to my place for the good shit.
