I'd give it about a 5/10.

The first 15 levels aren't too bad, but then the pacing goes to absolute shit. Every step of the main quest is gated by character level, so you end up doing MQ and you're at like 30-40% of the level, then do all the side quests, you're at like 70%. Now you have nothing left to do but open world stuff, repeat old missions, etc. and you have to do several of those to reach the level up. Repeat the whole process over and over and over, every single level. The game might have been ok if they cut the xp reqs for every level in half, but as it stands It is just tedious as hell. On top of the other issues I had, it's also one of those games where half the quests are just "go do open world content 3 times" AND there's a daily limit on how many times you can get a reward from doing said content.

In the end all it really made me want to do is play the actual Division 1 instead of a shoddy mobile game knockoff. Was actually going to load it up again this weekend but I somehow managed to misplace my PS4 disc.
Had this installed for weeks. Saved me the trouble of launching it. Thank you.

Backfire tank build has so far been the most consistent performer for me. And then I try a full dps build and die like an idiot because I'm so used to not using cover and charging in to an easily surrounded position. Full retard brain after playing tank based builds. I do need to get a decent drone/turret build together.

Yeah, I'd say my most consistent builds are Backfire, Heartbreaker (Tinkerer w/Carbine 7 Flatline+Preservation or Lexington/MK46/Equalizer/Turmoil for easy content), and Core Str (yellow cores for max Capacitor dmg). I keep trying to make an all-red Striker build work but I just can't deal with the bullshit where one tiny mistake on Heroic/Legendary/Escalation = game over. Even if I want to play dps in a group I would rather use the Sheriff/Lex build I posted a few days ago than risk getting downed repeatedly. Usually I stick with a support build like Bluescreen + OD, or else just heal with Refactor.

Far as drone/turret goes, I don't think you can beat 4pc Refactor + Force Multiplier + Impetus. Sometimes I swap the backpack out for a 4-yellow Investor, but for general use I think using both named items is usually better all around. It's also super easy to farm since all you need is either gloves or knees that come with skill dmg so that you can roll the armor to skill tier. The other piece you can just leave blue. I don't think it's ever worth going back to the old setup with Empress either. It's just not worth giving up the armor regen for a very minor increase in skill damage.
