I didn't think it was bad, but it would be much better if they just used the Big Mac sauce.

It's bad. Pretty amazing that they can't find someone to hire that knows how to design a hamburger. Giant, sloppy, gross mess.

1,600 calories with fries and a drink.

The first one I tried wasn't as bad because they didn't put half the shit on it. It was opening day and they half-assed everything because it was busy and it ended up being mainly burger, cheese, and meat. I really like fried onions on burgers and wanted to actually taste the sauce, so I gave it another chance. Like you said, it was sloppy as hell and just doesn't mesh well. One minute I tasted mainly onions, then overpowering cheese and sauce, then a little seasoned beef. And that sauce with cheddar....

Most of these places may design a solid burger in small testing places with strong controls over every factor of the process. When it rolls out and 70 IQ subhumans are making it with oversight by the local 40 year old losers at life, it needs to be a really good concept to pass that threshold. For me, it just didn't do it. I couldn't taste the fried onions, and the cheddar and sauce did not taste good together. I had a Big Mac yesterday just to complete the picture. Far superior. And as Moon said, the double Big Mac is even better. McDonalds hasn't designed a solid burger concept since the 70s.

When you guys say double big mac do you just order 2 big macs and throw away the extra buns?

It was a temporary promotion, but you can always order a Big Mac with extra burger(s) added. The app allows one extra burger, but you could order more in person if you want to try it.
I don't know if I'd trust the retards working there to not put both extra patties on one side of the bun and have 3x1.

I mean, that would be hella easy to fix, since the middle patty wouldn't be sauced or attached to anything.

B. I really didn't care for it on the first bite, but it grew on me until it became alright but nothing special. Worth the experience if you like weird things.

My two favorite frozen pizza brands are Target brand Good & Gather and Newmans Own. You have to cook them the minimum amount though or crust is too dry.

I don't mind doing newmans but I always gotta buy some mozz and add extra cheese. But that applies to any frozen pizza as cheese is the number one ingredient they go light on.

Adding toppings is higher level frozen pizza skill. Not many have moved to that level.

No love for the shrink wrapped Red Baron?

Tried that Big Arch today... never again. The sauce ruined it, needed to be big mac sauce. Also have to say that was by far the dripping greasiest burger i've seen outside a diner. Put it down halfway through.

When I worked at McDonalds in high school we sold a double filet-o-fish called the gran/grand mariner.. It may have been because of lent was huge there and on Fridays it was the #1 seller by a lot.

The only thing I ate there at the time sometimes was a McDLT. It was the same time they came out with the McRib and some got sick because it was undercooked.

I thought it was a good place to work. A dying mall and on Sundays traffic was extremely slow. I cooked and one of the managers worked the counter. No drive through. Not bad.

Can still do that here. Can double the meat on any burger for an extra $1.

My favourite is the double shrimp.
