The only time I went to Dave's Hot Chicken I wanted to experience the "Reaper" level where they make you sign a waiver so it wasn't a great test but I didn't think it tasted that great. It is eye-watering, nose running hot though. A lower heat level probably would have been more enjoyable.

I think it is really good. They opened a new store in my town a year or two ago. They make everything to order, so the quality is always high, but the wait times can be a bit extreme for "fast food".

Had Dave's tonight, far better than Raising Canes offerings. Had the two tender combo and added one of their new mozz planks.

Extra Hot has good heat, the Reaper stuff that requires the waiver uses extract so is gimmicky IMO.

Lots of local places in Denver if you google it. We have way more than enough DEI hires for there to be a market for it. If you ever go for a ride through Aurora you will see dozens.

I think the point was that recommending a local spot on a national message board thread about chain restaurants isn't that helpful when it's not practical for 99% of the users to try the place out.

Fast food is fast food is fast food. If it's good enough you can add it to your bucket list and hit it when you are out that way someday.

Had Chick-fil-a's new offerings. I enjoyed the chicken n waffles sandwich. Not sure if I'd get it regularly, but I'd probably enjoy it more for breakfast. I'm all about s`mores and the s`mores milkshake did not disappoint.
