i loved this movie so much. its one of my favorites.
It really is perfect for this. I remember seeing it on a theater and none of us expected it to be anywhere near as good as it was.

This movie is awesome and I think a bunch of them almost died filming it. Haven't seen it in years and I still have recurring nightmares of the bridge from this movie.

Elmore Leonard did the screenplay based on his novel. Features parties with actual porn chicks playing... porn chicks. Titties and ass everywhere. And the movie is good too. John Glover plays the main baddie like a champ.

i am cross posting and i dont care.
Super Fuzz. the greatest HBO daily rotation movie of our childhoods.
i remember watching this every single time this came on after i got home from school. not just a few minutes. but the entire thing because 11 yr old chuk loved the entire movie. they replayed this for years, it would play all month and i would watch it every day. then a few months later it would be back! OMG gotta watch Super Fuzz!
looks like i missed a lot of good movies as a kid.

that movie was one of those HBO movies, but they didnt show it in the afternoons i dont think, but it was on all the time at night. i think it eventually made its way to Cinemax who had no problems showing it every afternoon. The best scene of that movie was the cockroach scene. that used to freak me out. they killed that poor black dude and turned him into a bleached skeleton or something.

I still think about this movie. Calling it brilliant might be pushing it, but it definitely left an impression.
