I think they distorted the phrase first tho.

They hate us cause they aint us was the original ,and they changed it too the much funnier they hate us cause they anus.

I.E the quote from the movie is the latter one

No, that's stupid. That just what Rogen's character mistook it for the first time it was said. Franco even, very clearly, corrects him and enunciates "ain't".
