Rebels is probably my favorite animated and overall series Star Wars has had outside of the OT imo. Clone Wars stumbled at the beginning but it becomes fantastic in the later seasons.
For me it's:
1. A New Hope
2. Empire Strikes Back
3. Rogue One
4. Mandalorian S2 Bill Burr episode.
5. ROTJ
6. Mandalorian S1

ROTJ would be much higher if it weren't for the Ewok nonsense. In the original script they went to Kashyyyk instead of Endor and faced off against Wookies (and everyone died but Luke). But they changed it to sell more toys, so it gets knocked down a few pegs for that reason. I get it, like, I don't blame him. He's a billionaire and I'm just some punk, but it did make it a worse product.

How is Andor not on that list? It is better than Mandalorian and arguably better than all of the Star Wars movies save Empire Strikes Back and A New Hope.

1. A New Hope
2. Empire Strikes Back.
3. Andor S1
4. Andor Season 2
5. Rogue One
6. ROTJ
7. Now we can discuss The Mandalorian...

We agree about Ewoks...

I haven't seen Andor, and tbh, I don't really have much desire to.

Andor came out after I watched Mandalorian S3, Book of Boba, and the first half of Obi-Wan Kenobi. By the time Andor came out, I was just tapped out of all Disney Star Wars.

It's hard for me to have interest in prequels when I know the outcome of the characters. For example, Rogue One worked well because we didn't know ANY of those main characters except a cameo here and there (or at least, I didn't). With Andor, I know he dies in the events of Rogue One, so any situation he's in in the show leading up to Rogue One, I know there's not really any danger to him and that ultimately he will end up working for the rebellion. This isn't an issue exclusive to Star Wars, but in general, any story that's a prequel with pre-existing characters, I don't have interest in.

I mean I like Star Wars okay, although I'm not a rabid fan, but Andor was spectacular. You're really doing yourself a disservice if you like Star Wars to not check it out. That's honestly the best Star Wars thing that's come out in the new era.

I didn't really care for rogue one, but I re-watched it after Andor, and it was a nice finale to the whole thing and the movie at least one up a couple of notches. Still not a great movie but it was more enjoyable.

You should check it out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

What is this heresy?! Empire is #1, the bad guys always finish first!

That was a pretty good trailer.

I guess some of the movie will take place on Ord Mantell which we never got to actually see in any Star Wars media even though it was mentioned as far back as The Empire Strikes Back, the big creature in the scene at the end of the trailer is a Mantellian Savrip which we got to see in holo form during the dejarik game they play in the Millenium Falcon in A New Hope.

Fun fact, it was also a boss in the SNES game Super Star Wars (except they put it in the cantina there).
At the risk of being Actually….
Ord Mantell was the home base of the Bad Batch for a season or two

I agree, I am not a fan of his stuff but with him more or less in charge I dunno why we would be seeing less of his influence then more.
Just let him go. He's done the mental gymnastics so he can claim anything good was left alone by filoni, and anything he hates had filoni's dick skinners all over it.

if you've watched this much star wars crap, you really should give andor 5 episodes
