I mean go full bore. Advertise the crap out of it that it is meant for the social justice community. Don't hide behind anything, which is what all these shows and movies are doing. Let every one know from the get go that this is meant SPECIFICALLY for that crowd. Then when all the execs realize that that crowd BARELY consumes media, and what they DO consume they cannibalize, we can be done with it.

Lucas was making 1313 which was supposed to be a video game about Boba Fett bounty hunting on Coruscant. Kind of a Fallout style feel with Uncharted elements. Not sure why they canned it.

yeah, more discovery than supergirl... well... like a mix.. the sfx in supergirl are TEEEEEEEEERRIBLE.

what i want, and this just won't happen especially in today's hollywood where everything is just recycled... but when discovery doesn't do well, it gets blamed on "sci-fi fatigue" or "star trek fatigue." i want a show or movie that just can't hide behind any of that crap. no, you're writers are terrible, you are catering to an audience that has no long term lifespan, and you are alienating the audience that has kept the franchise alive and could continue to keep the franchise alive if you stopped insulting them at every turn.

that's what i want. the alphabet sjw's didn't turn out in droves to go see the star wars sequel trilogy. that was the fans that have been dedicated for DECADES. that's my point. if they are going to cater to that crowd, let them. give them a show and let them go full bore, no holds barred justice warrior. do whatever they want to the characters for whatever political statement they want to make. then make a show with traditional writers telling traditional stories and in a year or two we'll come back and see which one still has an audience

A Skyrim esque type game with Star Wars skin, akin to the old republic, but better, would be awesome.
