it holds up 90% to today. bullet time is an old gimmick now, but it still looks cool in the movie.

yeah, i watched all three about a month or two ago out of boredom... 2 and 3 are still not really very good, though still had some great action set pieces. but the first one? it's still as amazing as when it first came out.

Absolutely. If you haven't seen it, I wonder if starting with Gods of the Arena would be a good idea since it leads directly into Blood & Sand, but was made to buy Andy Whitfield time to beat his cancer.

S1 had pretty heavy nudity, including donger. Nudity trails off over the seasons, but still has lots of titties.

I watched the trilogy few months ago and I realized 3 is better than 2 (how???) but both are utter garbage.
Matrix 1 is mind-blowing even today

I think this movie was made for the sole purpose of driving people to watch the original trilogy, espicially those who never watched the movies.

The sisters are deluded because they said they made this movie too retake back the red pill, if I was an excutive of the studio I would be ordering mass productions of merch, Matrix action figures, comics, hell a video game besides the tech demo.

Just look at Cabin Fever and why Eli let the remake happen.
