I'm loving it actually - blowing out the shitty Lions 48-0 wouldn't have brought me as much enjoyment as this has. It's been over the top awesome reading all the butt hurt.

Several of y'all need to grab a tampon. The no call didn't decide the game so stop acting like it did. The Lions went pussy mode on 4th and 1. The Lions defense then gave up a game winning drive (Cowboys manned up and went for it on 4th down). And the Lions then failed to drive the field.

The Lions did fail a truckload in the 2nd half, but I think you may be a complete retard. Of course the Cowboys went for it on 4th and 6. They had to or the game was pretty much over. The reason you've lost so many Madden games is because you're actually supposed to punt the ball away on your side of the field on 4th down.

What? 4th and 1 at midfield. That's a smart football move to punt it. The cowgirls had scored like 17 total points at the time and the punt SHOULD HAVE pinned them at least inside their 20.

How did that work out for them? I'll gladly take the option that keeps you in control of your destiny, i.e., having the ball.

Delly, there was a ton of time left. Dallas could have punted, pinned them deep, used their time outs, and gotten the ball back with good field position... in theory. It was basically the same decision Detroit faced. Go for it or punt, pin them deep, get the ball back, control the ball, and run out the clock... in theory.

Edit: Also, why did you edit "pussy mode on 4th and 6" to "4th and 1"? Lions faced a 4th and 1 you dipshit. Did you even watch the game?

Who is this Hoss faggot?
Another bandwagon Dallas fan who has decided to grace us with his presence now that the Cowboys are relevant for the first time in 15+ years. He also had a stellar Pop Warner career as a "defensive lineman".

Dez didn't remove his helmet in the field of play. He ran onto the field from the sidelines with his helmet already removed. This is not a penalty.
Yes, this is a great precedent to set. Now, every time a questionable call happens, players and coaches should run out onto the field and start protesting. It's not a penalty, so who gives a fuck, right?

Hopefully this bullshit just leads to the NFL allowing penalties to be reviewable.

I mean't to edit my own comment about the Cowboys because I put the wrong yards, now that explains why my first edit didn't work!

Frankly if the Lions were a great team they could have overcome the refs and the silly misplays and easily won this game. The Cowboys are on the same shitty level as the Lions, held back by their own mistakes and just being mediocre all around. As a Lions fan and a fan of football, I don't see how anyone could think 3 penalties against the Lions and 3 no calls against the Cowboys in a 5 minute stretch is consistent to the rest of the game. Basically 5 calls/no calls (if you don't want to count Dez's helmet) that went in the favor of the Cowboys to get them a TD.

Its cool, because we would have never won the SB anyways just like the Cowboys won't, but I would have enjoyed watching the Lions play another game.

Agreed. Like I said, if the shoe had been on the other foot then everyone would be talking about how Dallas failed, not about the flag pickup. Everyone would be crowing about how Dallas deserved it or some stupid shit. So now instead of giving Dallas credit for actually winning the game, the narrative is "well they won because of the refs". Nevermind that Detroit was up 14-0 at the start of the second and 17-7 at halftime. They had plenty of time to put the game away. They didn't.

Lol I can't believe people still admit to being Cowboys fans. And I'm a goddamned Titans fan.

The reason you faggots get so much hate is exactly because of posts like this. Just about any other fanbase would admit that the Lions got completely fucked on some questionable calls/no-calls. Calls thatmaybedidn't change the outcome of the game, but were clearly egregious enough to warrant outrage/disgust at the complete inconsistency of the NFL. Calls that only further serve to highlight how fucked up the playoff refereeing situation is handled. Instead, you guys come in here and immediately start with your false equivalences and justifications for why the penalties didn't/shouldn't matter. Which is especially hilarious when you realize that this is the same fanbase that has guys coming here to whine about how badly they were being fucked on penalties in a nearly meaningless game against Washington. A game where you had the lead 27-10 at halftime.

Wow these refs are complete shit.
Dallas vs Washington. Two completely blown calls against Cowboys. (not that it has mattered yet)
FOX is fucking shit. A 3rd down defensive holding penalty that gives Washington new life and ZERO REPLAYS..... Fuck them.

Edit: finally a replay. If it wasn't holding, it was at least illegal contact.
BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT. How much did that call cost Snyder?
Bad refereeing is bad refereeing. Even in a blow out.
Don't forget about the calls they didn't make.
The last one is especially hilarious. You keep espousing that "no calls are just part of the game! Deal with it!". But, when that shoe is on the other foot, you guys can't help but turn into the same whiny pussies you claim to hate.

And you are complaining about officiating when it goes for the Cowboys but you lambast us when we complain when the calls go against Dallas. Your hypocrisy is just as telling. Now STFU.

Jesus Christ Kirun. I will admit that the flag pick up was huge for the Cowboys, but that doesn't mean I can't criticize the Lions for following it up with the pussiest play call of the year.

youre seriously oblivious if you think punting it wasnt the right call.

honestly, dont ever expect anyone to assume you have any foundational knowledge regarding the sport ever again. ever, you're done.

Are we all fucking seriously arguing over the fact that Football fans are hypocrites? Of course we are. Calls that go against us are part of a greater conspiracy and those that favor us don't really matter because we would have won anyway. Anyways, grats Cowboys, will make your fans depression that much greater this Sunday!
