yea if you accept the terms i stated to merrith when i initially proposed the bet -

if BB or Brady get more than a one year suspension than I am banned for life, if they dont you are banned for life.

i know your memory is a little fuzzy, but fortunately posts are easily found on...a ... forum

no thats not what he meant. he counter offered that bet i stated with - "ill lifetime bet you that the patriots receive more than the minimum fine"

Burnem of course finds that analogous to a lifetime bet over year long suspension odds

But as it stands he challenged you to a lifetime ban, on the winner of the Superbowl.

Take it, or not. Doubt the board cares about that other shit. No one would take that bet you wagered anyway.

Look I don't do ban bets because I don't have confidence on who is going to win any given game, but don't go around calling people pussies if you're going to puss out minutes later.

Like its been explained a few times. The Colts brought their own balls from Indy that had been prepared the day before (at least). The Pats process was all that day.

They inflated the balls to 11.5, then worked them with grinder to make them tacky. The Patriots process brings the air pressure of the balls up to 12.5. After that they were delivered to the Refs who could have inflated them more or left them alone. The balls were then brought down to the field before the game and the air pressure in the footballs found a different equilibrium than they had inside. Also consider that the rain would have had an additional effect on the psi.

If you read that, you see what happened.

Now is it possible that the Patriots were well aware that the 12.5 psi was artificial and would drop when the balls were outside? I guess... but thats some 007 shit. The Patriots never had to do shit to the balls to get them to be underinflated they just needed science..

BTW.. they released a picture of the patriots ball boy in charge of this science

I don't see why you're so scared of that bet. You know your team doesn't cheat right? If they don't cheat, there's no way any punishment will happen. You should be more sure of that than of the pats winning.
