Lol, I'm sure it's a lot of that. One of my ASMR triggers is basically a scalp massage and the wife already does this, and so I was already familiar with the sensation. Worked in a financial services call center for 8 years, and in all that time maybe a dozen people had voices that would trigger it as well. I made those calls last as long as possible. Haha

I totally get the appeal of Amouranth. She's super hot and streams for like 10 hours straight everyday. She is basically a virtual girlfriend for every prepubescent, nerdy or socially awkward human between the ages of 10 and 25. Yeah the whole thing was a joke though, I don't know if we will ever get the full story but it sounds like he went there on his own and then talked about something in regards to the streamer after.
Dunno if that is watered down version of events or not.
I honestly don't understand the appeal of twitch-girls. Sure cam-girls are generally hot but you can go almost anywhere on the net without having to toss in some ID or a creditcard for age verification.
You can watch way hotter girls bounce around nude or even RP on places like MyFreeCams or Chaturbate for the same price that you can sit on twitch and listen to some vapid whore try to sell her nudes.
I think the only person I am relatively interested in seeing nudes of, on twitch, is StPeach.

The appeal is pretty clear: If a girl has the appearance of being interested in nerdy stuff (games, anime, tabletop, sci-fi stuff) and is even slightly attactive, their appeal to an audience that also likes those things explodes massively. Suddenly there is a person that probably fits their idea of the perfect girlfriend, whereas with cam girls it is just a hot girl doing porn stuff and they have been over saturated with that already.

It's whore overload, it's one of the good and bad things about the internet.
