im sure im giving the wrong answer here, but you hold the mug by the handles. coffee mugs usually have hot liquid in there so you wouldnt want to be holding it around the sides or bottom. even if its a bigass beer stein you hold it by the handles. thast what its there for.

I used to, and still do, consider myself a feminist, but I feel the need to distance myself from this new wave of feminists cropping up.

Analysis of these shitty hashtags and internet essays about recent events has convinced me that the current generation of popular internet feminism is starting to look more like the 'Mean Girl Clique' than any kind of intellectual movement.

This spoiled princess mentality has infected the feminist movement. This "Life is frustrating or uncomfortable or hard or sometimes even a little scary... FIX IT DADDY!" attitude, coming mostly from spoiled white upper middle class young 'women' (really girls, not women, as they have no intellectual maturity) has supplanted any kind of academic study or grassroots activism for the progress and furthering of women's rights. These 'feminists' have likely never even read any of the major works of feminist literature or research.
