No. I just need one more surgery, the big one, but the jury is still out on the possibility of stopping HRT just to make enough baby batter to get my SO pregnant, but that's a HUGE limb to walk out on for us on multiple levels. Obviously if I get the big one, the possibility of having a child goes from improbable to impossible.

Tbh tho, if I hit the lottery, I'd get fat transfer to my hips but that's not a "need" any more than how cis-women get that surgery done (think Kim K, but less ridiculous looking).

First off, at your core you are possibly the one true attention whore around here, despite trex trex and her best efforts.. you know you liked the necro..

Second, reel back HRT enough to produce a some solid throat yogurt, have that stuff frozen, use as needed when time is right (even if it's not with the current S.O.)... Problem solved.

I used to be pretty pro surgery if it actually helped the person. However after reading that pink gunk post on Reddit that was linked here I think I am scarred for life. My opinion means nothing I am sure but I dont think you should get the surgery. Good luck with either decision though.

From the little I know, and from when this was a hot topic 6months to a year ago.... I think especially long term you are probably best off as is. You've done extremely well and seem very well based hence the wide acceptance vs the dangerously unhinged like Jerle or whoever. The upkeep, and other issues that go w/ that surgery just dont seem worth it and last I recall the %'s of folk that end up regret it are very high. I think you've done about the best and excelled at it as far as the hand you were dealt.

I pretty much assumed this as well. People on here remind me a lot of all those Republican politicians who rail against "the gay!" and then get found to have some male escorts on their speed dial.... I figured the ones giving Vanessa Vanessa the most shit are probably also scoping their chances.

My best friend and I actually broke his dad's VCR with this movie when we were kids. His dad was fucking pissed- this was when VCRs were actually pretty expensive. Burned the motor out rewinding, attempting slo-mo, pausing this scene over and over. These were the only tits we had access to when we were 8 or 9.

They were my favorite pair of screen titties until they were replaced in about 2005 with these:
