So, how does the transexual spectrum (for lack of a better term) work out? I can only assume that it isn't written in stone and that there are different opinions within the 'community' (I use that term extremely loosely)

Is there room between the extremes of pre-transition and complete MTF/FTM where someone can reside happily and be comfortable with their identity? Like...can someone do some of a MTF transition and stop short of SRS, and identify as exactly that? Straights might say 'ladyboy', and I guess that's crude, but are their people that pursue feminine traits (boobs, hormones, etc) but decide that they like their penis and just roll with that? Are there any 'purists' that think you need to fully transition, or nothing at all?

It's weird that on the porn sites, 'trans' seems to be exactly that...female appearance, but with a penis.

There must be a sizable number of people that are attracted to the combination of female characteristics + cock. I'd almost take that to the extreme of Futa, but I guess that's closer to hermaphroditism than anything else.

I'm working on my tranny vid this weekend... should be written and recorded a lil' before Halloween. I think I'm going to call it "The Transgender Delusion: Separating Facts From Fantasy". It's going to be based on a lot of what has been discussed in (mostly) this thread, but some stuff touched upon in the GG/SJW thread too. The aim is to essentially discuss a lot of the irrationality of the "community", make clear distinctions between transgender vs. transtrender lifestyles, provide a primer to the uninitiated to what this life entails to begin with, and provide credible facts, figures and studies a la Ben Shapiro throughout the video so that it doesn't just follow a "this is my opinion" narrative like a lot of YouTube commentary videos about trans shit but actually articulates real, science based information about who we really are (and what we aren't). It'll be triggering to a lot of the trans community tbh.

It's my sincere goal to put out a quality product and like I said, the goal is around Halloween but if it's not up to quality, it may take double that time. I hope you guys would share it with any outlets you feel fit to get the word out if you agree with the message!

I think this is a fantastic idea, the cis and trans community both need more of this information. A couple of thoughts. Maybe a couple of short videos in a series would be better than one longer one? 10-15 minute videos seem to be the sweet spot of the video attention span, these days. Would it be possible to collab with a trans male to get the FTM point of view? Might help to have a inclusive vibe. Also, will the topics include the issues that T people face when trying to be included in the LGB umbrella? And whether or not that's something that we even want?

It shouldn't be surprising that some small percentage of people who transition aren't really transgender but have some other underlying issue that isn't related to gender. The problem is people take everything to the logical extreme from these marginal cases. On one side you have trans activists who will deny this phenomenon even exists, and on the other you have religious fundamentalists who say this proves transgenderism doesn't exist at all.

There's a spectrum yeah. And yes there's room between the extremes where people can reside and be happy with their identity. But those places aren't even what I'd call transgender.

Your first step into this realm (for lack of better words here) is probably a closeted crossdresser. They're your business suit by day, kissing the family goodnight, then getting into your wifes undies secretly at night kinda guy. These guys do exist. I'd bet a lot of money some people on this very message board have this kink and do this. They're not transgender.

One step further is maybe your transvestite. I've heard of some kink rendezvous spots where guys go and dress up like women and party. You also have guys who will dress up and hit up gay clubs or (depending on your city / area) kink nightclubs and such. Again, these guys aren't transgender, they just have a kink / fetish and have their guy life and are okay with that. But transvestites take it a bit more seriously than mere crossdressers.

Then you have non-binary. My enemies basically LoL. This is a huge umbrella of alphabet soup and terms and labels and just a smearing of shit that is illogical, fashionable, almost political and I still say (and would get a shit-ton of flak from the "community" that this is still not transgender). This group has hijacked what it means to be transgender, and I'm not going to go into it right here and now but I think most of you understand.

Drag Queens are just entertainment by gay men. Sometimes those gay men realize they're actually transgender as in the case of the drop-dead gorgeous Carmen Carrera.

Oh and yes, there are trannies that just roll with having a cock as you say :p Totally. I'm still comfortably (mostly) rolling with mine. If I could go to sleep and wake up and have a functioning vagina, sure, I'd love that, but that's not reality. I see myself getting a neo-vag in my lifetime but it's not in the cards right now.
