Exactly what I was thinking in all of this. Not a tourney, but watched a Ultramarines vs. Salamander match where the Ultramarines got obliterated, but mostly because of very bad rolls. I bet it would have been a more even match otherwise.

One event with shitty, inconsistent terrain that has been getting shit on means duck all, even if it is the biggest tournament of the year.

Harpster has talked about his win on a couple different platforms.
He liked their secondary scoring options, and my understanding is that he picked it because his friend Anthony Vanella talked to him about the new terrain that would be used in the final rounds.

Yes, all signs point to: GW Greed. Thusly requiring us to use their terrain instead of the great 3rd party stuff that's out there/painted lol

I have feeling 10th is gonna be: TONS of fucking XENOS HERESY, Terrain (FUCKING BUY IT), and have you seen 30k LATELY??

Looks like shit except for the fire effect. Seems like each surface has only had 1 coat of paint, never mind basecoat, what about dry brushing?

Also the only thing the guy can do well is a flame effect, but paints the flaming sword the same plain dark green as the armour. What!?

Found a Vulkan He’stan new in box for $35. Picked that up. Also grabbed a Primaris Librarian and an Attack Bike for $30 each.

There were two different translations on Google for The Fires of Heaven in Latin. This looked and sounded better

I’m going to stencil the bird and then free hand a banner just below it with that inscribed.

Some of the rumors I read is that he will cross the rubicon and get a Primaris model. I would probably still buy it, but being a completionist, I wanted this one now.

I was never into Pokémon, but I totally understand the “gotta collect them all” phrase now.

Just finished the books. As we know currently he is either dead (yeah right perpetual) or out floating the warp waiting for his sons to collect his artifacts. I didn’t think he can be played or just Horus Heresy ?
