You need to get to a doctor PRONTO. You are suffering from a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!!When I am eating at a caloric deficit I will often go multiple days without pooping.

None of this. Discuss like a grown up or not at all.You need to get to a doctor PRONTO. You are suffering from a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!!
Indeed. I have some good laxatives on hand for when it gets uncomfortable. Then I really need some extra fluids for a few days. You need to get to a doctor PRONTO. You are suffering from a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!!
edit: lol didnt see yall went into this conversation on your own before I typed.I would speculate it takes A LOT of effort to put on muscle mass at that later age, versus your 20s. I know for me its been a lot of work and taken over 2 years of exercising to do it. Not sure if its the same for everyone, but it probably would be.
Ask them how much they are on, if they are near 50's and looking intimidating, then yeah, they are going over blown using more than just T, or too much T for what a hyper ethical endo/mens doc would be having you do. I'm in low 300's looking to only get up to 600 or so, vs most of these visibly built dudes are trying to maintain 1000-1200Man, I've got peers my age using gear and its scary. They either don't understand, or they don't care. I have no interest in that risk and I'm only doing this for myself and my wife.
I do think my metabolism is perfectly fine right now. I expect it to get better as I ramp up the cardio activity too.
Are we keeping that same energy for people trolling this thread with complete, fabricated bullshit about "medical emergencies"?None of this. Discuss like a grown up or not at all.
Myself (for two and a half years) and 7 friends of similar age are on TRT. Cad amusingly pointed out that I can't remember the difference between mg and ml, but what I'm taking ( just checked the vial) is 175mg per dose and each dose is 1ml split into 2 injections per week to keep it from spiking.Ask them how much they are on, if they are near 50's and looking intimidating, then yeah, they are going over blown using more than just T, or too much T for what a hyper ethical endo/mens doc would be having you do. No kids in the works, guess I'm curious if the atrophy bothers you. Like is it just feeling them small, or do you end up with a ridiculous looking deflated bag.Myself (for two and a half years) and 7 friends of similar age are on TRT. When I had my Test measured in 2023 I was at 309 which for my age is low. With my current regimen I measure 800-900 and I feel much better. I would not feel comfortable taking a higher dose.
All of my friends except one are on essentially the same dosage and schedule. The one friend taking more is a professional power lifter, so his deal is a little different. The rest of us are just middle aged dudes who don't want to feel like shit.
Now, your balls WILL shrink and your natural Test production WILL stop. I'm not having more kids so its a non-issue. But, it might be something you want to consider. There are other supplemental medicines you can take to help with fertility if you need. I expect to be on Test for a few more decades and I'm OK with that. At some point I will stop when hitting the gym and pretending I'm 25 isn't feasible.
Happy to answer any questions you might have about the process, the lab testing, and the blood donations that come along with it.
Lol, got our Hegseth fancy tats going. And fuck me, that was what I was calling closer to full gym rat even if not going like full body builder. I could only dream, I have mild bicept built from the farm, but I'm otherwise still just scrawny with a lil soft belly, just kinda got sidetracked in this thread out of curiosity about anyone getting fucked up from GLP etc. I had kinda talked about trying to do this in the weight thread a bit back.At ~230 before ballooning up to 243 due to heavy travel schedule and slacking diet. Working to get back there.

Some people's atrophy more than others I think. Who is looking at your nuts thats going to care anyway? No kids in the works, guess I'm curious if the atrophy bothers you. Like is it just feeling them small, or do you end up with a ridiculous looking deflated bag.
It's sort of a trope that everyone tries all sorts of things before realizing there's not really any substitute for just injecting T. I'm not saying don't try it, but it's a road very heavily traveled and very few meet with success.I just went this last week to the doc which did the full blood panel (full results not back, but they had in house testing for T, I was at like 360, with my free T at 5 whatever the measurement is. He said that should be closer to 15 and justified T right there with that, though insurance only looks at total T which has to be under 350 ish for my age. Not that it's very pricey so no insurance doesn't bother me. I wanted to do the eclino to see where that gets me and be kinda a TRT lite option with less side effects. Though assuming I like how I feel even if it gets me to 600 I could see wanting to go to straight T.
It's an absolute nothingburger, you stick yourself in the ventral glutes or the quads once a week with a 30 gauge needle, it doesn't hurt at all, no blood other than a drop sometimes, it's over in 10 seconds. It's nothing.I don't mind needles, but doing it to myself worries me a smidge. Need to get educated about any do's and don'ts so I dont fuck myself up as w/ work schedule i can't really hit the office during biz hours and also a bit out of the way.
If you are needing to donate blood you need to lower your T dose. You should not be having to do that on a reasonable dose.Blood donation will kinda be a nuisance, I kid myself saying I cut myself often enough on the farm maybe I won't need to.
Burren is built as shit, I'm taller than him I think and I'm ~50 pounds lighter. I'm not calling him a liar but I wouldn't believe for a second that someone built like that either isn't current or used to be on gear. If he's natty/TRT he has very good muscle building genetics. I'm not posting pictures but see below.Lol, got our Hegseth fancy tats going. And fuck me, that was what I was calling closer to full gym rat even if not going like full body builder. My biggest personal struggle has never been weight, I'd like to lose 5-10 sure, but otherwise very happy with 6'1 195 where I'm at now. But all my life I've wanted to gym it up and just could never stick with it. Always felt tired all the time from a life of night shifts, you do 12 hours at the jail and fuck if I'm going to work out after when I just need sleep. My job is easy now, but I have a couple hours of farm shit before/after work, wife to dine with misc other little shit and it's already 8-9pm. Doesn't help outside of extremely basic shit like bench press I always felt very unsure of what I was doing without coaching.
People argue over it, but you can use insulin needles subq and you barely even feel it (daily/every other day subq gives the smallest estrogen boost from what I've read). Can also run HCG if you don't want to loose the balls, though it costs more than the test if you don't want to use a china source (and might raise your estrogen more).I don't mind needles, but doing it to myself worries me a smidge.
Ya I saw , think I even posted it for haus as some of it related to his post about fda regs. Wasn't too expensive now it's crazy high due to reclassification.People argue over it, but you can use insulin needles subq and you barely even feel it (daily/every other day subq gives the smallest estrogen boost from what I've read). Only ever done the doctor prescribed TRT and eat enough protein, fat, and carbs to grow or maintain. Some lucky genetics and lots of hard work. My dad had a heart attack at 54 and we have bad cholesterol that’s hereditary, so I’m not risking any HGH or DBOL and Andro. Gear just isn’t for me. It’s not worth the risk. If someone wants to question how I got here - years of work, years - that’s ok, because it’s just for me anyway.Burren is built as shit, I'm taller than him I think and I'm ~50 pounds lighter. I’ll post more tomorrow in response. From the sounds of it though, you’re in a good place for height and weight. I have more weight than I need, obviously, but it’s carried over from a prior life traveling the world doing things to bad guys I was paid to do and before that, contact sports.Lol, got our Hegseth fancy tats going. Dude, I worked out with guys juiced to gills in the 80s, guys going to the league and your physique rocks. Lots of folks with vitamin S would struggle to get there. You have vascularity in your traps, ffs. My skin has never been that thin, ever. Congrats on winning the genetics lottery. Anyone who can work hard enough to get to this point can figure out how to lose 10-12 lbs; we have faith in you.Only ever done the doctor prescribed TRT and eat enough protein, fat, and carbs to grow or maintain. You aren’t the first to assume, Cad. It’s all good.
I’m in this thread asking questions and learning more because I have put on fat that I don’t want and I’m struggling to lose it like I used to. Age I guess.
Reminds me, LDL etc cholesteral balance/levels I thought was something some of the TRT stuff can harm. Doc seemed to think that any cardiac risks of TRT are offset by cardiac risks that happen with very low T.Only ever done the doctor prescribed TRT and eat enough protein, fat, and carbs to grow or maintain.
