Negative, but not near as much red meat as I probably should. Burger (in a meal not like hamburgers) eggs, chicken, cheese is like my normal protein but I'm amazed I'm not a blimp because I do eat too much processed shit and carbs.Maybe he eats a lot of tofu?
I get a spinach/kale/chard mix that I chop up and throw into a lot of dishes. Eggs with a bit of cheese, rice + any protein/seasoning you like. Add it toward the end so it’s just wilted a bit. Goes into smoothies just fine as well.Negative, but not near as much red meat as I probably should. I'm very proud I got a 10lb box of cookie dough bits like for blizzards at the discount grocery and it's only 1/4 gone in like almost 2 months. Just one-2 palms most but not all days as my sweet fix.
Blood tests were before I did try to up my veggy count and slowly work on getting our diet changed. I actually didnt eat eggs for a long time got burnt out on them when for a while I was having 12 a day from the farm. Still working to find better veggies I like than just carrot/peas or the carrot/pea/corn/green bean frozen mixes. Raw broccoli or even cooked is great but gives me bad stomach pains if it's not very very well done. Salads just an invitation to too much dressing, I hate the more bitter goofy looking greens and most other lettuce is nutrient empty.
Guess maybe get back on sweet potatoes but I got sick of those too, especially since sometimes only giant ones at grocery store makes it tougher to nuke them and be evenly soft.
This is a good start. You don't have to go overboard - like eating 30 plants a week - but the mix of things is great for the body.Negative, but not near as much red meat as I probably should. That’s what my thought seeing this bloodwork. Glucose over 100 is bad also. Pointing to an improper diet. 95 being normal is generous... Fixing the diet, the weight the exercice would go a long way to normalize T.Your T is relatively low but your estradiol is high? Not trying to be an asshole but are you significantly overweight? Thats usually how guys end up with high estradiol, but if you are a high-aromatizer of testosterone then if/when you went on TRT your estradiol would be through the roof which isn't fun.
Repetition and being hungry can be used as tools to train yourself to like new foods or learn new habits. If you know salad dressing is a problem on salads, force yourself to eat calorie free dressings. A nice vinegar mixed with mustard is simple and works on a salad. I do the same thing toemissile does, but I’ll get spring mix arugula and what not also depending on how I feel. I’ll make tacos and put stuff like that on instead of cheese.Negative, but not near as much red meat as I probably should. Hey now, we covered I'm no blimp, would like to drop another 5 or so to 190. After that just building more even muscle because I have biceps and a few other groups that have done somewhat nice from farm chores, but then the rest that are noodles because it's farm > standing around day job > little gaming and crash. I'm just kinda in the wrong thread because more helpful replies seem to happen here, had originally wandered in asking about something for my wife. That’s what my thought seeing this bloodwork. A really stupid reason to struggle with veggies. I hate going to the store, out of the way, and pretty much limited to walmart or Reasors which is overpriced and maybe even worse quality. I hate constantly freaking out trying to make sure I'm eating everything fresh veggy wise in the fridge before it goes bad. Finally trained wife to do most of the shopping, but in my ideal world I'm going to the grocery store like twice a month. So I like frozen/shelf stable.Repetition and being hungry can be used as tools to train yourself to like new foods or learn new habits. I was raised a food monster eating garbage and snacks all day, and I had to force myself to learn to eat new foods and green things in general. It wasn’t a fast process, but now I love eating veggies.
