On the veggy vitamins front how do people feel about avacado's other than too many millenials loving it on toast. My understanding was it was a pretty good nutrient bomb other than being kinda high calorie/fats as well? (Yes I know it's technically a fruit before Gavin gets up in here)
Healthy fats though. 2-3 per week wouldn’t be bad. To add to that, have pecans and walnuts just as often for more healthy fats and omega 3s.

Decade ago when I was trimming a few lbs was my go to skip lunch until dinner snack was walnuts w/ some dried cranberries mixed in just to keep it palatable.

I hate hate hate trying to select good avacados, but I admit I love them. But I dont think just buying any of the premade guacamole really counts as a good alternative.

Premade Guac is terrible and most of them dont even have much avocado in them. Some are all sour cream based.
