My birthday is next Friday and 2 of my friends already cancelled except I only have 2 friends lmao

I mean I never really do anything for my birthday so it's no big deal but sort of annoying. At least they did it a week in advance.

I think I saw one of those planes here in Savannah a while back. I work adjacent to the airport (Gulfstream) in a building that's right by the runway and I was rather confused when I walked out to my car and saw a goddamn B29 taxiing for takeoff.

I'm a little drunk and still a little pissed but I got notification today that my position was being eliminated. My department is being combo'd with another and effective next month I'd have to take a demotion. I kind of anticipated this for the past 6 months and been looking at other lateral moves country wide. The only really secure one is back in Ohio. Going to see about landing an interview tomorrow.

I live near an airport that hosts cool planes frequently and has quite a few warbirds hangared there. A few weekends ago I walked out my back door to a B17 flying low and slow over my house apparently after an aborted approach (assuming due to runway traffic from idiots) to get back into the pattern from turn onto final. Have had formations of 4+ P51s flying around. Ford Trimotor floating about occasionally. A couple months ago I was at the Dunkins drive-through right next to the end of the runway Sunday early AM for some coffee - noted one of the usual twin bonanzas taking off OK whatever, few minutes later hear this extremely loud roar and P51 goes tearing past throttle wide open, excellent view of it on takeoff climb. There's been a B25 and B24 there as well apparently (must have missed it) and an F86 stopping in on the way to a show somewhere among other things.

girl i've been casually dating for the last 2 months has been hiding the fact that she has a kid. Despite the fact that on our first date i asked "do you have any kids? Don't worry it's not a deal breaker or anything" to which she said no. We're both in our 30s its not out of place that she has kids. She's mad that i'm mad, cus I said I was ok with her having kids. She doesn't understand that I'm mad that she lied to me about it for 2 months. This was just a casual relationship, i'm moving 12k miles away in 3 weeks, which I told her about, again on the first date. She thinks i'm leaving because she has a kid.

I got diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and I'm terrified because my older sister had it as well. I took some time off of work to get my life together but I'm worried I'll never be "normal". Not that I ever was, but I'd like to be better than I am.

Last time I went to the Joint Services Air Show (geez...8-9 years ago?) there were several moments when I wept, as the WW2 planes flew around. What they did, when they did it, with what they had, along with the noise (OMG the noise) really just strikes a chord.

My mom is bipolar. As long as she stays on her meds, then she's mostly fine. She's a little too talkative and will call me a couple times a row if she really wants to ask me a question. Though, I'm not sure if that's bipolar or just being a mom. Other than that, she's pretty normal. imready2go hit the nail on the head.

Opposite happened in this rustle:
I barely made it to the restroom. and all three were filled. I waited. and none even tried to hurry up. I could see through the cracks. they weren't even trying. no grunts. no squeezing. just sitting there. I banged on the doors and threw items over the walls. but nothing. Panicked. I couldn't leave. on the verge. had already moved too much. I had to meditate to keep myself from leaking. It was painful holding such in. breathing was perfect just to manage.
all three had me waiting for over 20 minutes. I timed it. made threats,
fucking insane.
never so close to murderous intent.
left and shat in the women's room.
