I have 5 prescriptions with CVS. 3 of them are prescribed daily but I really use them as needed. So I don't want those refilled automatically. I want the other 2 refilled automatically. Constant fucking messages about those 3. It's time to refill... We have you refill ready for pickup ... It doesn't matter how often I tell them I don't want to refill they still get the shit ready for me every 3 months for some reason.
But for the other 2, I have to call every mother fucking time. No matter how many times I ask for them to be put on automatic refill. One of these days I'm going to find out you can only have 3 meds on auto refill in their system for some reason.
Last month I sent in a refill request, eventually got the confirmation that my meds were ready, and then I got a message saying it was too early to refill. I went in and they had it ready.
