Scroll across the tabs at the top of the default page until you see "new to you". That should show you stuff you've never seen before (why isn't this the default? because people rewatch shit a lot).

I realize now I was describing the suggested three videos at the of any video, not the home feed.
I've never used the "New to you", didn't know it existed. Youtube sure does a good job at making their UI shit.

Work forces me to do software updates on my computer as soon as they are released. I did one for dell Friday afternoon. This morning when I get to work my laptop gets a fatal error and has to be rebooted every 35 minutes. I've timed the last 3 and it's right around 35 minutes.
It's one I've never seen before. A black screen that just says
your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.

This isn't so much a rustle of my jimmies, since it didn't happen to me, but a completely computer illiterate coworker's wife had her laptop fall prey to the Windows Bitlocker update fiasco. Try explaining to two people that barely know how to get to Facebook that their laptop is just a big paperweight unless they can figure out what email they used as their Microsoft account when they got the computer. I even offered to help them sit at a computer and try multiple different emails but apparently they are going to "figure it out" somehow. I hope they take it to Best Buy and get charged for the same advice.
Still, that is complete and utter horseshit that it even happened, and I'd be super pissed if it happened to me. I always set mine up without Microsoft accounts, and lately I've made sure Bitlocker is off, but can you even have that active without a MS account? That would mean it was literally unfixable if you didn't write it down somewhere.
