I don't get this logic. The goal of cutting is to spread out your core product with fluff to increase revenue, why would things be cut with an opiod that equally costs more? Seems like bad business for a drug dealer looking to profit.

They aren't using medical grade fentanyl, they're using other never approved for human use analogs made with cheaper ingredients.
