Five years is pretty optimistic at that age. My step dad died within 6 months of being diagnosed.

"sources say"
toxicology results expected around mid October

Hayden Panettiere took one fatal pill the day she died, and multiple law enforcement sources believe it was oxycodone laced with fentanyl.

Our sources -- all connected to the case and with direct knowledge -- say Hayden had a "long time drug dealer" in Los Angeles, who was providing her several black-market prescription drugs, including oxycodone.

We're told Hayden took several drugs she purchased from her dealer on the flight from L.A. to South Carolina the day before she died. Authorities believe she took an oxy the morning of her death, and they think that pill was laced with fentanyl.

We're told the DEA in Los Angeles is actively piecing together the relationship between Hayden and her drug dealer, attempting to trace the fatal pill back to him.

Just like the dude from friends. Didn't his dealer do some time? Must be rough being a drug dealer these days with all these irresponsible junkies.

He was cooperating from day 1. That is unusual to not be adjudicated and sentenced despite him acknowledging his role to prosecutors.

You would expect him to get at least time served. Case deferred/dismissed is highly unusual.

Anyway if the source is legit Hickerson is off the hook in Hayden's death.

That dude died after 54 years in prison.

It currently costs $130K per year in California to imprison one person.

think last 6+ years he was kept at at a special prison hospital which is something around $150k+ per year.

3 other manson family members are still in prison
Bobby Beausoleil (78), 57 years (in same prison hospital)
Patricia Krenwinkel (78) and Charles Watson (80), 54 years each

asked AI, in total the manson family have spent 451 years in prison, total cost of $12m to $22m, plus manson spent 15+ years in jail before the family.
start of the 70's it cost $3k per year to keep someone in prison, was $10k by 1980, then $20k by 1985.

So what was it like riding dinosaurs to school?
I used to go shooting with these old codgers, before I became one myself, out in the AZ desert and they would tell me about riding horses to school when they were kids, something I thought would have been cool as I had to walk to my grade school. They grew up hating those animals because every one of them knew a friend that had been injured, crippled, or killed riding back and forth to school. I imagine riding dinosaurs would be even worse.
