AV these days is just run to an enemy tower, afk, pull the boss before they do. No actual PvP involved which is a shame because I love those skirmishes. The long version of AV with the summonable bosses were amazing back in the day.

Original AV was the worst "pvp" of any incarnation of any wow battleground.

Making a small team and holding the enemy from killing your captain and going back to retake towers is the best pvp wow has ever had to offer.

I preferred grouping up with a couple rogues as a fury war and murdering stragglers in the field of strife.

I think this thread is supposed to cover everything that has been rehashed and isn't current retail.

I don't know how or why, but I've been playing hardcore. I like survival games, but WoW wasn't designed to be a survival game and playing it as such feels more like a grudge fuck than a logical choice in what I would normally choose to play.

They are release Mist of Pandafags in July as Classic... it's like these retard American Inventors have no idea what "classic" even means. While I appreciate these dogfucking lunatics rereleasing their old catalog they should take the non-retard approach and simply have 1 or 2 servers that are perpetually set to X expansion if this is the course they plan on taking.
