I have no idea how to do any of that shit. I can barely get my hair slightly straight blow drying it. I go to a salon maybe once every two years.

Me and my wife couldn't be more different here, I have salt and pepper grays that she dyes for me, she had like 1 gray hair a couple years ago and is otherwise still pure black. Her mom (70 years old!) only has a few grays. Would be nice to have asian hair genes.

well like previous post, my wife is streaky grey, her sister is very grey too, and i have salt n pepper sideburns like dad

but at least we all have a full head of hair, so really can't complain just using dye for upkeep

I worked with a guy who was 27 and had gray hair. I'm 54 and I'm just starting to get gray hair on my head (face grows in gray , what little it'll grow). It just is what it is.

Started going gray in my mid 20's. Now pretty solidly silver up top, and getting there in my beard as well.

My wife has been using Just for Men hair shampoo/dye for about a year or so and it seems to work well. It's very easy to use by yourself. Shampoo in, let it sit for 5 minutes, rinse it out and don't re-shampoo with your regular shampoo that day. I think they say to leave it in for about 3 minutes, but that's barely even noticeable, so she does 5-6 minutes. I helped here the first time but after that she wasn't worried and just does it herself now. I think you'll be surprised at how good it works.

I've been blessed with Austrian/Irish genetics and no baldness. Full head of brown/auburn hair with like perhaps 10-20 total gray hairs on the top of my head. No patches.

For some reason, I have incredibly long and coarse white hairs (that grow super fast; like a quarter inch per day) that sprout from random parts of my body. Areolas, earlobes, neck (haven't inspected the balls recently but I wouldn't be surprised) and randomly in my facial hair. The hairs are physically difficult to remove, and whenever I shave if I hit one I can tell because even sharp blades have issues cutting through. It's super silly.

The human body does some weird shit at times. Most of my friends are at various stages of balding, and all are shot with gray (we're all in our early/mid 40s)

Genetics plays out pretty strangely at times. The few of my friends with kids are definitely passing on these early balding/graying genes, while whatever kids I may have (thanks, metal festival drunken/toasted hookups) are just going to maintain forever.

Not really bragging, just pointing out how strange shit can be. I'm 5'6"; absolutely didn't win any genetic lottery haha.

I have very thick hair, no receding. Also a thick beard. Beard went gray around 30. My hair is mostly gray now. I'm just over 50, so not doing too badly. However, my pubes have started showing gray. That's some bullshit.

Early 40s speckles of gray in my hair and beard. Full head of hair. It’s receded an extremely small amount. I basically can’t tell without pictures.

Speaking to the guy who talked about random thick hairs, I have one massively thick hair that sprouts from my nipple and grows super fast. I pluck it every week, but i once let it grow for a while and it got to like five inches long before I plucked it. It’s jet black and thicker than a pube, a completely different color from all my other hair.
