I would add Game of Thrones but I think I only watch it so I can talk to my wife about it, tried to talk about the books while reading them and I would just fuck it up. I would say this list would change drastically every few years, a year or two ago Breaking Bad would definitely be on the list.

Also Gargoyles and Highlander, watched the shit out of those.

I almost listed NCIS but I stopped watching few episodes post Xeva, not sure why just stopped one day.

Yeah, I should have included that one, too. I finished what's available on netflix recently. What amazing character development they do on that show, and in quite a subtle way.

I've wanted to watch Deadwood, the few episodes I've seen are great. But then I sit there and realize that the show was canceled early. Did they even give it an ending?

It kinda got an ending, but season 3 was weaker than the other two. I do really recommend the first two seasons tho, great TV.

Well personally a big difference between the early cancellation of Deadwood and and the early cancellation of Carnivale is that Carnivale really suffers from the lack of a proper end where I don't feel Deadwood really does.
