The "solution" only compounds the two chief problems. A far better solution would have just been to reboot the servers every couple of hours. It's essentially an admission of defeat, but it boots the idle users and lets you use the duty finder intermittently at least.

Our best hope is that they reboot the servers. That will kick everyone who stayed logged in while they went to work or sleep or whatever. You'd have to be a fool to log off of a NA/EU server right now.

They are working. They just have very restrictive hard caps and no one who gets on will log off intentionally.
