TOG Episode 2 What a relief after the first episode disaster. The pacing and flow is much better and they managed to pull off Leesoo as being funny.

This seems too soon after being announced not too long ago last year. Please god don’t let this be all CG ala Berserk. I’m keeping my reservations on this till i see a clip.

Ciri is pretty much the main character in the books and yen/geralt seconday. Ciri’s journey gets pretty heavy later on In the book and i wonder if that part of her storey will be softened. Also I am sad they turned Cahir into a sadistic asshole. That’s a major fuck up in my book.

Kimetsu train arc is going to be released as a movie. Kinda bummed about there being no season 2 announcement yet.

I take it we aren't getting the train arc this season. That sucks as the manga really comes onto it's own in that arc.

From what I have heard its a combination of CGI/Puppetry. The facial and some of the running/climbing stuff is CGI or CGI assisted in some manner. Looks great nonetheless.

Posting this here since manga thread is kinda dead but TOG and NOBLESSE are finally getting full anime adaptations. This is form Yonkou Productions twitter who is a legit source for manga/anime news. This was announced at the Seoul Comic Con.

Fire Force is ok. Animation is quality, action scenes approach ufo table awesomeness. I read the manga for a bit but it just really sucked after a couple of volumes. The humor was just so bad. The tone was too schizo for my liking.

I solely read the manga and still can't make sense of it. The artist just draws everyone too similar to each other and he suddenly pops in new characters without ever establishing them. Confusing as fuck. I guess I should start watching the anime.

That shit was too funny. Guess we got another arc to go? The manga’s ok just not great and barely good. It’s a decent time waster every week with one dimensional characters.

The wave stylizations in the manga are my least favorite part as they are confusing as fuck to follow and kind of a cop out as the artist can’t do action all that well. But in the anime they are actually pretty dope.

I just realized that sekiro has a few of dororo references. The shinobi with prosthetic limbs, demons, and a sculptor that can only sculpt Buddha’s with angry faces. *mind blown*.

Nice i guess they will end it with the train arc then. Hope it catches on. See a lot of people complaining about Tanji’s inner monologues but that’s just how the manga is lol. This season is pretty mediocre overall, not that many good shows. Just waiting for re:zero season 2...
