Depends on what your goals are. With shoulder, biceps, elbow, etc. pain from squatting it for sure is a good variant. You may find these humbling as they shift the center of mass forward and put more demand on quads meaning you'll likely squat less but in truth will still get a lot of benefit...

100% agree with this. It absolutely feels more like the comics/novels with some of the xeno kills (people getting ripped to pieces and super brutal) vs the films. I don't necessarily mind it but the swings in strength are pretty jarring. One minute it's tearing a steel door apart but the next it...

I'd watch it. The Crackhead's POV was one of the better parts of the movie, lol.

On his recordings Ozzy would layer his vocals multiple times (basically harmonizing with himself) to give that effect. It's definitely a unique sound.
