I've gotten the feeling that Dolores going off script is actually the script itself. The flash back to a guy trying to correct the problem was probably the very first time it happened. But the designers liked the final direction that it took, so they quickly altered her story to have her always go in that direction. Just like they actually programmed her to use guns, and the flash of she can't do it was an intentional thing just to give that robot more motivation. See, she has issues with firing when the MIB is present, but she's fully capable of killing 3 other hosts when it's William there. There's a lot going on, but I really don't think it's as unintentional as we're being lead to believe. I think the show / park itself (for those that go deep enough into it) IS the idea that the park is failing. That gets the paying audience (people that visit the park) more hooked, just to see what happens next. Makes repeating customers an even bigger thing.

Well Logan said that Pariah is far off on the park and most of the filthy casuals barely get out of Sweetwater where all the finely tuned questlines are. Pariah is full of unpolished, raw, questlines that aren't marketed or tested. Probably has something to do with that. I'd bet anything 95% of their "players" never even see Pariah.

Getting to the warfront between the Confederados and the Revolutionaries seems to be the hidden scenario that most people don't get to see?

I know they said things get more dangerous the farther out you get but what if William didn't shoot that guy choking Logan? Does the robot just stop choking him at some point?

I'm starting to think william and MIB aren't necessarily connected, but william's story arc is still 30? years past leading us to what goes down with Arnold. Maybe not though, I need to rewatch last nights episode as I was about 10 beers in when I watched it last night.

Well you can give some creedence to the idea. Logan said William would never be a threat to him. Logan is some bigwig at some big company. Man in Black is some bigwig at some big company. Westworld allowed him to do what he could never do before and overthrow Logan somehow.

I mean, it's plausible.

Girl says everything is already tailored for you, and there is a bevy of guns in the case that you can choose from. It seems like you can just outfit yourself short of strapping on a Gattling gun for obvious Cosplay reasons.

If so, why then in Eps4, Logan decides to upgrade his gun off that bandit?

Bandit was a rare spawn that finally dropped his rare drop. Idk maybe it was just better than what he grabbed quickly when he realized he needed to rush out after fucking his welcome host

This isn't Logans first time, he probably has a standard loadout ready, like those FPS games.
Also, he was doing an asian and a black, from the looks of it, he's the only one w/ 2 hosts, maybe super gold package?

It's been said multiple times that while the Hosts can't kill you they can hurt you. The farther you go out in the park the more dangerous it becomes. They had that one time in Sweetwater where the Guests came along with the bandits and they had their guns jammed and were tackled. I'm sure Logan is getting the shit kicked out of him but I doubt they will actually try to kill him.

It's pretty clear that Dolores is all kinds of fucked up. Hearing voices, seeing images of herself or talking to herself, partial flashbacks, etc etc.

What? The first episode they say hosts can't "harm guests" and even go out of the way to show how they can't even harm life (the flies landing on them). Well except Delores at the end when she goes terminator and kills a fly

Could Logan be a robot trying to convince William to buy Westworld? Almost as if the real world has robots in it that people don't know about? Maybe Ford manipulated William through Logan? Just thoughts I'm throwing out there.

I think Ford is Arnold. I think he put his mind in an AI and that's when Arnold "died". A major undertaking like this, doesn't seem like he's the guy who would ever risk having some one else run it. Also if his body was synth it would help show how he can basically remote control the other hosts with just his fingers and eyes. I'm sure they could maybe read cues, but maybe not.

Also if the alternet timeline shit IS true, I'm betting the "incident" 30 years ago is William killing Logan over Delores.
