Spam is disgusting. I have friends that make this spam spread and put it on Hawaiian rolls. It looks exactly like wet cat food, and has (what I imagine to be) exactly the same consistency. It also tastes like crap. Imagine wet, uncooked hamburger in your mouth, and that's what the consistency is like. Perhaps it would be good when fried. At least the texture would be good, but I don't think I will ever like the flavour.

The only time i've tried and enjoyed spam was fried into a cheeseless macaroni, it's definitely an asian thing

Fried spam is delicious. Anyone who says otherwise made up their mind before they tried it.

Ate Spam all my life. Sliced and pan fried stuff is great for breakfast or even in sandwiches. Spam fried rice is good stuff as well.

Okay so... Spam.

Never had it.

What do you all think of it?

So I'm approaching 40 this summer and I, too, never had the stuff! I had to buy some to try it after watching Hiroyuki Terada make some Teriyaki Spam Musubi on JewTube. I think it's good but it made a mess to fry up (I'm not a good cook to begin with) and it's apparently awful for your health. It tastes like really salty ham with the consistency of sausage imo.

It's because of you I go to Arby's again. If you say fry it and try it I'll do it. Grew up with fried bologna personally

Got these at Costco. It's 3 am and you don't wanna let the big raid down. Why leave for food when you got these?

I don't do snack foods often, but when I do it's been these. I'm still surprised they're a store brand chip. The chip is light and crisp, the flavor has a little cheesy spice and the powder isn't super caked on.

But I gotta' go inside a WalMart. I don't know where you live, but in south Florida, going inside a WalMart is bad for your health.

I've been in Walmart's like that. I think the Wamart's near me are used as showcase stores because they're always very clean and in good condition. But there is one that's 20 minutes away that looks like it belongs in a ghetto.

I've had those as well and liked them. The GV brand actually isn't terrible when it comes to their chips.

I live in a college town and our WalMart is clean and always busy. The WalMarts in towns that get closer to Chicago are nasty as the clientele becomes "shitholier".

Spam Musubi is awesome. Spam is really only unhealthy cuz of the salt content really. Even then it's not as bad as say hot dogs or pepperoni.

Wal-Marts are hit and miss, but from what I noticed the trashbags go to Wal-Mart and Target is slightly nicer when it comes to clientele.

Spam is fucking glorious, slice it into half inch "steaks" and fry it up serve with eggs and pancakes. Make sure to get syrup all over it.

Alternatively. Throw fried quarter inch slices onto a grilled cheese to make a bomb ass melt.
